ICON Property Management Announces Partnership with CondoWorks

ICON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH CONDOWORKS TO BRING CONDO COMMUNITIES A NEW AUTOMATED AND PAPERLESS ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PLATFORM. 

TORONTO, ON, August 12, 2022- ICON Property Management (ICON) has partnered with CondoWorks, an accounts payable software development company.  This partnership will deliver a fully integrated, automated and paperless accounts payable and payment platform for our clients and their suppliers, working to drastically reduce the accounts payable cycle. 

“We are excited to partner with CondoWorks to provide unique accounting solutions tailored to the specific needs of condominium communities” said Wes Posthumus, ICON CEO.  “CondoWorks has developed an accounting platform that allows condominium communities to streamline their accounts payable processes, eliminating menial administrative tasks and developing a more efficient audit process”. 

ICON’s partnership with CondoWorks will connect board members and property managers to ICON’s accounting platform remotely so invoices can be coded and approved from any location.  This will allow clients to continue running their condominium communities with efficiency while operating remotely due to the pandemic.
