ICON Property Manager Alfaz Rahemtulla Named the 2022 ACMO Genesis Award Recipient

Toronto, ON, December 7, 2022- ICON Property Management (ICON), an Ontario condominium management service provider, announced today that staff member Alfaz Rahemtulla was named the 2022 recipient of the Genesis Award.  This award highlights Alfaz’s aptitude to provide exceptional service within the condominium management industry.

“Being the Genesis Award recipient is a tremendous honour,” said Alfaz Rahemtulla, ICON Property Manager and Genesis Award recipient. “None of this would have been possible without support from my team, the excellent team at our head office and our executive leadership team”.

The Genesis award is presented by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO).  ACMO recognizes industry leaders annually who provide exceptional contributions to condominium management in Ontario via the ACMO Condominium Management Awards.  The Genesis award is presented to an emergent property manager who has displayed an aptitude to provide exceptional service.

“Property managers are a vital part of a condominium community,” said Mr. Rahemtulla.  “It is important to manage these communities with the highest level of professionalism and respect.  Treat these communities as one of your own and your hard work will not go unseen”.
