For the last year, my building has had Sylwia from ICON as our Property Manager. She's the best property manager I've ever had the pleasure of working with! I'm on the board of directors for our building and she handles all arising issues in a timely and thorough fashion. She really seems to understand that we don't have a lot of time on our hands as a volunteer board. For example, when acquiring service quotes, she obtains three quotes and sends them to us along with a summary of each quote and her recommendation. Plus, she sends weekly management reports outlining what she did that week and what's on the agenda for next week. She also handles resident inquiries quickly, identifies potential future problems before they come up, and thinks of creative solutions for complicated matters. I can tell she is passionate about her work and helping our building.
