With over 30 years of industry experience, Paul has carefully crafted and developed a team of knowledgeable and tenured professionals that continue to surpass industry standards for professionalism and service excellence. Paul’s ability to manage both the big picture and fine details has set ICON apart from its competitors. As the leader of an organization with over 130 employees, he understands the importance of creating a culture that fosters innovation, collaboration and personal growth to attract and retain top talent.

As Chief Executive Officer, Wes oversees business development, performance and strategic direction at ICON.  With over 34 years of industry experience, Wes has continued to fortify growth and success at ICON through time-tested leadership methods and client-oriented management techniques. Under Wes’ leadership, ICON has risen to become one of the most respected and trusted management service providers within the Greater Toronto Area. His reputation for integrity, dedication and hard work has
helped shape ICON into what it is today.

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Christy is responsible for day-to-day operations at ICON and implementing service standards across ICON’s management portfolio. Christy brings over 10 years of industry experience to our team and has extensive experience in leading kitec replacement projects, heritage brick restoration, underground garage restoration, Tarion development settlements and elevator refurbishment projects. Christy prefers to take a hands-on approach to building management, emphasizing the importance of leading by example.

Tanisha Jhuman has been a leader in the condominium property management industry since 2012, with extensive experience in new construction, shared facilities, reciprocal agreements and cost-sharing arrangements. As Vice President of Client Relations, Tanisha oversees a team of regional directors and condominium managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong board relationships and consistent client
satisfaction. With a background in communications, Tanisha is dedicated to simplifying complex condominium matters and guiding communities toward timely, value driven results.

As Vice President of Building Operations, Artur oversees a team of regional directors and senior property managers to ensure operational excellence across ICON’s portfolio. Artur has been a strong leader at ICON since 2012 and brings over 15 years of industry experience to our team.  Prior to joining ICON, Artur worked alongside Toronto’s most reputable builders, leading several new development projects, reserve fund studies, performance audits, revitalization projects and building maintenance programs.
Artur continues to apply his technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver the highest standards of service to ICON’s client.

As Vice President of Operations, David oversees a team of property managers. With over 20 years of industry experience, David has established a reputation for leadership excellence. He is known for his ability to develop long-lasting relationships with clients and professionals alike. David has extensive experience with several building repair and maintenance projects, including kitec replacement, underground garage refurbishment, window replacement, elevator refurbishment and roof replacement.

As Vice President of Operations, Afreez oversees a team of property managers and site administrators. Afreez joined ICON in 2019 and brings over 10 years of property management experience to our firm. He is no stranger to the challenges facing condominiums today, having successfully management a diverse portfolio of communities, including low and high-rise condominiums, townhouse complexes,
shared facilities and commercial properties.  He is dedicated to continuing to improve client services at ICON through cutting-edge management techniques and solidifying ICON’s industry reputation as the premier condominium management service provider.

As Vice President of Recruitment, Dorian develops and implements strategic recruitment initiatives to attract and retain top talent. In addition to leading ICON’s recruitment efforts, Dorian oversees a team of condominium managers and site administrators. A trusted leader at ICON for more than a decade, Dorian has helped condominium communities across the Greater Toronto Area strengthen their financial stability and operational performance. Notably, one of Dorian’s principal communities was recognized as one of the top five condominiums in Toronto for maintaining high property values and low maintenance fees. Dorian holds an undergraduate degree in law and a master’s degree in public administration.

As Vice President of Pre-Construction Services, Melissa leads our developer consulting services and oversees a team of property managers and site administrators. She brings over 15 years of industry experience to our team with extensive knowledge of building repair and maintenance projects. Melissa is an energetic and positive team leader with a unique ability to foster community and collaboration among stakeholders with competing interests.  Her exceptional interpersonal skills continue to bolster ICON’s reputation for service excellence.

Olivia leads people strategy and organizational development initiatives at ICON, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. She oversees HR operations, compliance, and workforce development initiatives that leverage technology to enhance engagement and performance across all departments. Olivia also drives company-wide programs that modernize training, streamline compliance and audit readiness, and strengthen leadership capability. By integrating organizational behaviour practices into business development and operational planning, she helps create data informed strategies that improve teamwork, communication, and client services across ICON’s portfolio.

As Senior Director of Accounting, Radoslav is responsible for the development and implementation of financial management strategies for the condominium communities within ICON’s management portfolio.  He is also responsible for the development and implementation of ICON’s accounting policies and procedures in relation to the general operations of ICON’s accounting department. Radoslav brings over 15 years of accounting experience to our team, specifically in a senior management role. He is well versed in the special needs of condominium communities as they relate to full cycle accounting, yearly audits, forecasting, budgeting and implementing internal controls.  Radoslav’s meticulous eye for detail continues to result in major cost savings for the condominium communities within our management portfolio.
